The following items cannot be returned:

3. How to Return a Product

B. Preparing Your Return
Once you have received the RA number:
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include all parts, instructions, and accessories that came with the product.
- Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
C. Shipping the Return
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely. Auramavel is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund. We aim to complete all returns within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
