Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in unused condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened craft kits, personalized toys, or clearance items are not eligible for return.

3. Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice is required to process any return or refund request.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Products must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all tags or seals intact.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

6. Exchange Policy

If you prefer, we can offer an exchange for the same product or a similar item of equal value, subject to availability.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

9. In-Store Returns

Online purchases can also be returned or exchanged at our physical store location in New Kent, Virginia, following the same policy conditions.
